Five Arnall Golden Gregory Attorneys Named to Legal Elite List

Arnall Golden Gregory attorneys Aaron M. Danzig, Jack K. Holland, Darryl S. Laddin, Bertram L. Levy and Henry M. Perlowski have been named to Georgia Trend magazine's Legal Elite list for 2010.
Attorneys are nominated by their peers. The list, in its eighth year, covers nine practice areas.
Mr. Danzig is a partner in AGG's Litigation Practice Group. His practice focuses on white collar criminal defense, internal corporate investigations, corporate compliance and governance matters, and business and intellectual property litigation. Mr. Danzig formerly was an assistant U.S. attorney for the Northern District of Georgia.
Mr. Holland is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group and the Bankruptcy, Creditors' Rights and Workout Practice Group. He assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, corporate workouts and restructuring, and general corporate matters. A former tax law specialist with the IRS, Mr. Holland has lectured at Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
Mr. Laddin chairs the Bankruptcy, Creditors' Rights and Workout Practice Group. His practice encompasses a broad range of commercial, litigation and bankruptcy matters. Mr. Laddin is frequently quoted by local and national news publications about bankruptcy and reorganization matters.
Mr. Levy chairs the Private Wealth Practice Group. His practice is national in scope and focuses on complex wealth transfer planning for high net worth families, including charitable planning and sophisticated post-mortem planning and administration. Mr. Levy frequently lectures on wealth transfer and charitable giving.
Mr. Perlowski is a partner in AGG's Litigation Practice Group and chairs the Employment Law Team. He counsels employers and defends them in litigation involving discrimination, wage and hour, employment contract, ERISA and employee benefits, and labor. Mr. Perlowski is AGG's liaison with the Employment Law Alliance, an international network of law firms dedicated to providing counsel to management.
