ATLANTA -- H-E Parts Investors LLC, a new venture of H-E Parts International, raised $400,000 from Chicago-based Frontenac Company.
Named in the related SEC filing were H-E Parts CFO Steven McBrayer and directors and investors Paul D. Carberry and Walter C. Florence of Frontenac.
McBrayer joined H-E Parts International in 2006, after holding the same post at Lanier Worldwide, Inc., a $1.4 billion office products company where worked for 12 years. He McBrayer also served in finance and accounting positions with Electrolux/Regina Corporation/ A CPA, he started his career with Ernst and Young, LLP providing consulting and audit services.
Founded in 2006, H-E Parts is comprised of a group of companies that supply parts, remanufactured components and equipment to the global mining, quarry and heavy construction industries. The company is based in Atlanta and operates in 4 continents with 26 operating centers located near the world's major mining centers.
Frontenac Company is a private investment firm founded in 1971. The firm is currently investing in its ninth equity fund. Frontenac says it has been involved with more than 200 family business transitions over the past 35 years.
