ATLANTA -- The law firm of Stites & Harbison, PLLC, recently elected Lou Allen to the firm's Management Committee. The Management Committee serves as the firm's board of directors. Ms. Allen will serve a two year term. Other members of the Management Committee include Joel Beres (Louisville, Ky.), Stuart Campbell (Nashville, Tenn.), Dan Danford (Lexington, Ky.), Anne Gorham (Lexington, Ky.), and David Saffer (Louisville, Ky.).
Lou Allen is a Member in the firm's Atlanta office and is a member of the Creditors' Rights & Bankruptcy Service Group. Her practice focuses on the representation of institutional lenders throughout the State of Georgia in all areas of creditors' rights including foreclosure, bankruptcy, financial institutions litigation and workouts.
