North Georgia Premium Outlets, a Simon Center offering savings of 25 to 65 percent off every day, announced today the additions of Francesca’s and The Craze to the center’s extensive retail options. These new additions will join the center’s roster of over 140 retailers, including Eddie Bauer, now reopen in a new space, and Under Armour, debuting in a larger retail space this summer.
Set to open in Suite 930 near Coach, Francesca’s will make its center debut in a 1,600 square-foot space early this March. The retailer will offer woman and teens an eclectic mix of carefully curated clothing, bright baubles, bold accessories and playful gifts that are as fun to give as they are to receive.
Set to open in the beginning of April, The Craze will offer boutique clothing, jewelry, handbags and accessories at an affordable price for women of all ages. The family owned business will open in a 3,218 square-foot space in Suite 785 near Journey’s.
“Our goal is to continue providing a dynamic shopping experience to our community and those visiting the area,” said Shelley Korenbrot, Director of Marketing and Business Development at North Georgia Premium Outlets. “The recent additions will ultimately enhance the center’s overall offerings and further establish North Georgia Premium Outlets as a retail and dining destination for shoppers in the Atlanta-area and beyond.”
In addition to the new retail options at North Georgia Premium Outlets, the center also plans to relocate two retailers to larger spaces on property. Eddie Bauer, known for classic outerwear clothing and accessories for men, women and children is now reopened in Suite 425 near Vince Camuto in a 4,506 square-foot space. Scheduled to reopen in Suite 900 later this summer, Under Armour will offer performance gear and apparel for shoppers in a larger, 8,800 square-foot space.
