Mike Robbins, President and CEO of Robbins Media Group (RMG), recently announced the opening of a new call center for StarKart and the NALA during an interview on Atlanta’s Business Radio X, which spotlights the city’s best businesses and the people who lead them. “It’s off to a great start,” said Robbins in the interview. “It’s progressed to where we did 345% growth in the month of April over April of last year.”
RMG is a privately held, Charlotte, NC-based media company that specializes in the sale of advertising placement to the local business community. Through the Atlanta office, its third, RMG will further expand its reach in helping small and medium-sized businesses with grocery cart advertising and online marketing initiatives via StarKart, the largest local advertiser grocery cart network in the United States and Canada, and the NALA, a full-service advertising and marketing agency.
The RMG Atlanta call center currently has 8 employees, but is looking to grow that number to eighteen employees. Robbins adds that RMG Atlanta is looking for “high energy, enthusiastic, wants to make good money and is willing to work hard” employees. “We’re moving into a product called ‘the NALA.’ We handle everything from press releases to directory management and reputation management; the focus being local businesses and giving them the ability to compete with all the larger businesses in the community.”
