Experienced biotech and pharmaceutical patent litigation attorney Joshua Davis has joined Womble Carlyle’s Atlanta office.

Mr. Davis has experience in all aspects of patent litigation, including managing large teams and the day-to-day running of cases, conducting pre-suit investigations, conducting fact and expert discovery, representing clients in court, and resolving cases through trial or settlement. He has particular experience in Hatch-Waxman (ANDA) litigation and in biotechnology cases involving gene expression technologies and recombinant proteins.  Mr. Davis also has considerable experience with issues facing multinational companies, both in the U.S. and in foreign disputes.

Mr. Davis comes to Womble Carlyle from Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto in New York, where he practiced for the past 10 years. He is a graduate of Yale University and Emory University School of Law.
