The Atlanta Professional Women in Building Council,one of the fastest-growing councils of the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association, welcomes keynote speaker Lee Thomas at its quarterly luncheon on Wednesday, November 9 at Villa Christina.Ms. Thomas will discuss The Rise of the Movie Industry in Georgia, in particular opportunities for the state including Georgia’s building industry. The event will start at 11:15AM.
Ms. Thomas, Deputy Commissioner of the Georgia Film, Music & Digital Entertainment Office, a division of the Georgia Department of Economic Development, will share news about the growth of the movie industry in Georgia. She will also discuss the movies, TV shows and music videos are currently being filmed here, and what is on the books for 2017.
