Tech PR Agency Arketi Group Earns Top Honors from Public Relations Society of America

Arketi Group, a high-tech business-to-business public relations agency, was recognized for its exceptional PR work with BtoB clients, earning eight awards at the annual PRSA Georgia Phoenix Awards Celebration for clients Aptean, Equifax, NCR, PMG and Salesfusion.

The Phoenix Awards is a competition designed by the Georgia Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) to recognize projects and programs that demonstrate excellence in the public relations profession in Georgia. Boasting nearly 900 members, PRSA Georgia is the second largest PRSA chapter in the U.S.

After thorough research, Arketi developed and executed a strategic media relations plan to generate coverage on Aptean’s Consumer Finance Protection Bureau (CFPB) survey. The efforts exceeded objectives generating 49 media placements with nearly 2 million impressions and positioned company executives as thought leaders in key publications like CIO Magazine and The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Media Relations BtoB Product for cutting through the mobile POS clutter for NCR Silver, the tablet point-of-sale (POS) system powered by NCR Small Business. Through a variety of tactics, Arketi secured 70 high-value media hits, 21 interviews, five speaker placements and five awards for NCR Silver. The team met all objectives identified at the beginning of the engagement and secured national coverage with CNBC, Entrepreneur, Fox Small Business and CBS Small Business.

Writing Trade News Release for greeting a rival with a tongue-in-cheek news release for PMG. For more than a decade, PMG has provided low-code business process management software solutions to the Global 2000. After catching wind that a competitor was finally introducing its own low-code solution to the market, PMG wanted to remind the media and enterprise IT buyers who was really first to market with a low-code offering. As a result, PMG saw social media activity increase by 156 percent and website traffic by 87 percent.

Arketi earned Awards of Excellence for the following:

Writing Byline Financial Article for a frictionless fraud protection byline by Equifax, a global information solutions provider. Arketi secured a bylined article in BAI Banking Strategies for Equifax Retail Bank Leader Brad Jones as a way to build credibility around identity authentication and fraud protection for financial services.

Technical Writing Trade/Business Media for promoting security thought leadership for Equifax in Dark Reading for Gasan Awad, vice president of identity and fraud product management at Equifax Identity and Fraud Solutions.

Op-Ed for examining the science behind loyalty for Chris Poelma, president and GM of NCR Small Business, in Entrepreneur magazine. Targeting national small business media outlets, Arketi secured an op-ed exploring Poelma’s viewpoint on the importance of customer loyalty for small businesses and how data can be used to further foster it. The published Entrepreneur article also spurred an opportunity for Poelma to appear as a guest on Your Business on MSNBC

Media Relations B2B Professional Services for reaching a bigger audience on MarketingProfs with Salesfusion, the leading marketing automation platform for small and mid-sized businesses. Repurposing their existing video content, Arketi secured an opportunity for six videos and bylined articles in MarketingProfs for ongoing monthly features.

Writing Bylined Trade for getting more out of MarTech for Salesfusion in Chief Marketer. Arketi repurposed Salesfusion’s data on marketing automation technology and incorporated data around marketer’s sentiments regarding technology into a bylined article for Chief Marketer. Once published the information was also picked up by CMO and Marketing Dive.
