HDH Advisors continues to strengthen its leadership team with the addition of Kyle Landers as Managing Director. Landers is an expert in the valuation of businesses, intangible assets and financial instruments for financial reporting and tax purposes. He joins HDH from PwC where he was a Deals Director in the Atlanta Transaction Services group.

Landers specializes in providing transaction-based valuation services for the purposes of purchase price allocations, asset impairments, stock-based compensation, pre-deal valuation advisory services, bankruptcy reorganizations, REIT conversions and transaction tax structuring. He has also provided valuation services for the purposes of gift and estate tax, litigation support, fairness opinions and solvency opinions.

Landers is an Accredited Senior Appraiser through the American Society of Appraisers (ASA.) He is also a member of the CFA Institute, Atlanta Society of Finance and Investment Professionals, Mensa and Intertel. He earned his MBA from Georgia State University and has a BBA in Banking & Finance from the University of Mississippi.
