Drew Eckl & Farnham is excited to welcome attorneys: Natalie Clark, Thomas Kegley, and Colin Bryan.
Natalie Clark is an associate and discovered her passion for workers' compensation law while still at the University of Georgia, School of Law as she had the unique opportunity to help conduct research for a workers' compensation textbook for a visiting professor. Upon graduation from law school, she immediately began defending employers and insurers at a small, boutique law firm that practiced workers' compensation defense almost exclusively. As a result, she tried, and won, her first case within a year of entering the legal field.
Thomas Kegley is an associate and has spent his entire legal career litigating both criminal and civil cases, and now brings that litigation experience to Workers' Compensation defense. Before joining Drew, Eckl, and Farnham, he tried more than 70 jury and bench trials to verdict in both Georgia and Virginia. He also successfully presented oral arguments in the Supreme Court of Georgia (State v. Thackston, 289 Ga. 412 (2011)), the Court of Appeals of Georgia (Dority v. State, 335 Ga. App. 83 (2015)), and the Court of Appeals of Virginia (Spicer v. Va. Birth-Related Neurological Injury Comp. Program, 48 Va. App. 613 (2006)).
Colin Bryan is an associate and prior to Drew Eckl & Farnham, he worked for the Atlanta Center for Arbitration and Mediation and continues to be involved with the Atlanta International Arbitration Society. During law school he also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant and as an intern for the Georgia Public Defender Standards Council.
