Terry L. Strawser is a seasoned litigator with 26 years of private practice experience handling various types of civil litigation, focusing primarily on insurance defense. He joined Drew Eckl and Farnham after spending sixteen years working in-house with Travelers Indemnity Company where he handled both workers' compensation defense and subrogation. He recovered in over $9 million in 8 years handling subrogation with Travelers, and saved hundreds of thousands of dollars in workers' compensation settlements, as well as trying and winning several difficult cases before very pro-claimant administrative law judges.
