Attractiveness of data centers remains high as demand for cloud-based storage continues to grow. Last month The Meridian Group sold a 280,000 square foot technology campus in Vienna, VA to joint venture of Northern Virginia based Legacy Investing and data center operator Central Colo. The campus, known as the Tysons Technology Center, is comprised of a 199,500 square foot office and data center building and a 79,890 square foot office building.
