Cushman & Wakefield Relocates, Consolidates in Midtown Atlanta

Company to relocate to 1180 Peachtree in the summer of 2017

Cushman & Wakefield has signed a 50,203-square-foot lease at 1180 Peachtree, a Class A office building located in Atlanta’s Midtown submarket. The company will consolidate its two offices to two-and-a-half floors at the building this summer.

“Bringing our two offices together will enhance our creativity and collaboration, which will allow us to better serve our clients,” said John O’Neill, Managing Principal of Cushman & Wakefield’s Atlanta office. “We look forward to our new home in one of Midtown’s premier office buildings.”

Hines developed the 41-story building in 2006, which includes 670,000 square feet of Class A office space and 27,431 square feet of retail space.1180 Peachtree was the first high-rise office building in the world to be pre-certified LEED-CS Silver, and an acre of the site is devoted to public spaces, plazas and gardens.
