Hub Magazine Focuses on Georgia’s FinTech Sector

The latest issue of Hub Magazine, has been released with Trey Loughran, Chief Marketing Officer of Atlanta-based Equifax on the cover. The magazine and its cover were unveiled at a special ceremony held at the Buckhead Club in Atlanta.

Atlanta-based Equifax is one of the consumer credit reporting agency in the United States. The company organizes, assimilates and analyzes data on more than 820 million consumers and more than 91 million businesses worldwide, and its database includes employee data contributed from more than 7,100 employers.

Financial Technology (FinTech) is a unique line of business that involves the design, development, creation, use and maintenance of information systems for a whole range of financial transactions and related enterprises and their consumers. In Georgia, the industry processes more than 118 Billion transactions per year representing over $2 trillion of purchase volume each year. The state’s FinTech organizations employ more than 30,000 in the state and over 130,000 globally. The FinTech issue of Hub Magazine offers a glimpse of this vibrant industry in the state.
