Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has negotiated an expanded lease for ANSCO in Lakeside at Peachtree Corners and facilitated the relocation of Floor Coverings International to a larger space within the development. Matt Davis and Michael Howell of Lincoln represented the owner, Ardent Companies.

The new lease expands ANSCO’s total footprint to 40,524 square feet, an increase of 9,621 square feet. ANSCO was represented by broker Kevin Creel of CRESA.

Floor Coverings International’s total space at Lakeside is now 11,006 square feet, an increase of 2,724. The company was represented by broker Tim Palmer of ICON Commercial.

“Lakeside is a great development, which I think is illustrated by the fact these tenants needed to expand, but wanted to do so within the park,” said Lincoln’s Davis.

Lakeside at Peachtree Corners consists of three buildings, totaling 181,348 square feet. When Lincoln took over leasing at the property in 2015, just 55 percent of the space was leased. With these latest deals, the property is 95 percent leased, with just one 8,254-square-foot space available.
