Lincoln Property Company Southeast announced it has secured an expanded and extended lease with Bader Law Firm, LLC at Lenox Plaza in the fashionable Buckhead submarket of Atlanta. Jeff Henson and George Gwaltney of Lincoln represented the landlord, HD Realty.

The lease expansion brings Bader Law Firm’s total footprint in Lenox Plaza to 6,282 square feet. It also brings the building to 91-percent leased.

“Bader Law Firm’s decision to expand its space and extend its lease at Lenox Plaza proves that this Class A property in Buckhead continues to attract and retain great tenants,” said Lincoln’s Henson. “Companies want to be located here because of the building’s prime Buckhead location and proximity to Lenox Square Mall, Phipps Plaza, and a wide variety of top hotels, fine dining and entertainment options.”

Lenox Plaza, at 3384 Peachtree Road in Atlanta, is a nine-story building with 100,882 square feet of space. Its exterior was renovated in 2011 and a new conference room was added.
