We need someone of Bert’s caliber to spearhead Lennar Atlanta’s exciting expansion into Atlanta South,” says Recker.

Bearden, who graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Economics and also holds a BBA in General Business from Mercer University, has extensive sales management experience with a number of other new home builders in the greater Atlanta area. In his spare time, Bearden, a resident of Cartersville, Georgia, plays guitar and enjoys snowboarding, basketball and other sports.
