Kevin Mullins has joined Lennar Atlanta as Sales Manager, Atlanta South.

“Since Lennar Atlanta’s launch in Georgia in 2010, we have built more than 2,000 homes in over 40 communities, and we are continuing to grow throughout metro Atlanta,” says Bert Bearden, Director of Operations, Atlanta South. “Right now, our new Atlanta South team will focus on the well-designed single-family neighborhoods we are planning in Henry and Paulding counties,” Bearden notes. After much success building in the north metro area, we are thrilled to expand into Atlanta’s ‘southern crescent’ and work with new homeowners who may be moving here to work in this area’s transportation and entertainment industries.”

Mullins’s sales experience includes positions with a number of Atlanta-based homebuilders. “I am truly delighted to join Lennar’s flourishing Atlanta team. I welcome the challenge of helping our division gain market share throughout the region that I have also called home.”

Mullins is a resident of Winston, Georgia, and enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and playing golf.
