Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has hired Caroline Cole as senior leasing associate in its Atlanta office.

Cole will work directly with Michael Howell and Hunter Henritze, co-leaders of Lincoln’s office leasing platform, in sourcing and strategic execution of third-party office leasing assignments. Lincoln’s office portfolio consists of approximately 9 million square feet throughout every major submarket of metro Atlanta.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Cole worked in the institutional equity sales group at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, where she was responsible for corporate access, focusing specifically on the New York, West Coast, Mid-Atlantic, and Canadian markets.

“Caroline brings another talented, experienced hand to our office leasing efforts," said Tony Bartlett, a senior vice president for Lincoln, who oversees the firm's Atlanta office.

Originally from Carrollton, Georgia, Cole received her BBA in Finance from Auburn University.
