Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has hired Katherine Townsend as junior research analyst in its Atlanta office.

Townsend assists the director of investment analytics with the maintenance of Lincoln’s commercial databases and in the generation of research products. Before joining Lincoln, she was a research assistant on the international economic database of the Robinson Country Intelligence Index at World Affairs Council of Atlanta.

"Katherine will strengthen our already robust analytics capabilities,” said Tony Bartlett, a senior vice president for Lincoln who oversees the firm’s Atlanta office.

Townsend is a Georgia native, growing up near Warner Robins. She currently attends Oglethorpe University, where she will attain a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and in Philosophy.
