“The FinTech industry has drastically changed over the last five years as more than $40 billion in venture capital and growth equity poured into the space. This funding is fueling innovation that is changing how commerce is conducted,” said Michael Valerio, audit partner at Cherry Bekaert and chapter chair of MIT Enterprise Forum of Atlanta. “Atlanta is the global capital for FinTech with 70 percent of all credit swipes, debit payment and gift cards flowing through Georgia-based companies. It’s only natural for The Forum to want to dive into understanding this exciting industry.”

The event begins at 6 p.m. and will be held at ATDC in the Hodges Room located at 75 Fifth St. NW, Third Floor, Atlanta, GA, 30308.
