Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) announced it has brokered  the sale of 3925 Brookside Parkway , a Class A office building in Alpharetta, Georgia, in metro Atlanta’s North Fulton submarket. Lincoln’s Hunter Henritze represented the seller, Equity Office, while Jay Dowlen and Charles Beard of CBRE represented the buyer, AmTrust Group.

The four-story glass and masonry construction office building, which was completed in 1998 and offers 106,561 square feet of space, is currently leased to  NCR Corporation through the end of 2017.

“3925 Brookside Parkway  is a great example of the continuing trend of corporate users acquiring well located properties that are excellent long term investments and also satisfy the space needs of the owner.  ” said Lincoln’s Henritze.

3925 Brookside Parkway is located in the Brookside Office Park development and has quick access to Ga. Highway 400 via Old Milton Parkway. The building will continue to be managed by Lincoln .
