Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) announced that it’s client, Knox/Redan in partnership with The Loudermilk Companies have secured multiple leases for the 309 East Paces office building, which is scheduled to open early this summer in Atlanta’s active Buckhead submarket. Lincoln’s Hunter Henritze reported that with the new tenants, the mercantile style re-development of the former Aaron’s Inc. headquarters is 60-percent pre-leased with additional deals in the pipeline.
Industrious Atlanta is the latest tenant to sign at the building and will join Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group, The Loudermilk Companies, among others. Shaun Weinstock of Weinstock Realty & Development LLC represented Industrious.
309 East Paces is located between the popular Buckhead Atlanta retail district and several high-density residential and office towers. It offers more than 80,000 square feet of boutique Class AAoffice space above ground floor retail.
“It is clear based on the demand at this project that a lot of tenants desire a boutique building versus a large all glass tower”said Lincoln’s Henritze. “This is an incredibly unique development that we believe will be 100% pre-leased by it’s deliver in early June of this year.”
