Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) announced it has secured a new lease and expansions for two current tenants at 1165 Northchase Parkway office building, making the property 96-percent leased. Jeff Henson and George Gwaltney of Lincoln represented the landlord, WePartner Management.

1165 Northchase Parkway is an 89,568-square-foot office building in the Cumberland/Galleria submarket of Atlanta.

The new tenant is SRG Technology LLC, which is leasing a 3,348-square-foot space. They were represented by Kent Lilley of Westport Realty Group. Two current tenants expanded their space. Urbina Law Firm, represented by Scott Davenport with Cone Middor Partners, increased its space by 2,491 square feet. Oversight Systems Inc. expanded by 3,158 square feet and was represented by Carl Mullis of CWM Real Estate Advisors LLC.

“The Cumberland-Galleria area has been one of the most attractive in metro Atlanta for years, and having the new Braves’ SunTrust Park nearby has only enhanced that,” said Lincoln’s Henson.

1165 Northchase Parkway offers proximity to Interstate 75 and the I-285 perimeter highway. It is close to dining, shopping, hotels, neighborhoods and Atlanta Braves baseball.
