Office tower in Central Perimeter offers enhanced amenities and event programming
CBRE Global Investors unveiled plans today to transform 7000 Central Park, an 18-story office tower located within the Central Perimeter district, into a more energized and vibrant workplace community. Major renovations to the building are now underway, and include enhanced amenities, shared co-working spaces and a full menu of special events and entertainment for office tenants.
7000 Central Park will join CBRE’s exclusive “5-Star Worldwide” program, a national network of top-tier office buildings that attract and retain top talent through a comprehensive range of professional services, hospitality and events. Improvements to the 423,775-square-foot tower include renovations to the front lobby to be more modern and welcoming, a full-service, high-tech fitness center, a collaborative co-working space and conference center, expanded café area,meeting space, and a new outdoor “living room” that will provide gathering space for casual lunches with coworkers as well as special events.
Numerous spec suites featuring open office layouts that range from 1,263 to 5,071-square-feet are available throughout the building.Tenants on the building’s top three floors have access to spacious outdoor terraces that offer stunning views of Central Perimeter and the Atlanta skyline. Renovations are expected to be completed by November 2017.

7000 Central Park launched its event programming with the “Movies by the Lake” series earlier this month. On the second Tuesday of every month, the picturesque terrace and lake area adjacent to the building transforms into an outdoor cinema, with lakeside seating, food trucks and outdoor games. Future movie showings are scheduled for Tuesday, July 11 and Tuesday, August 8.
Tenants of 7000 Central Park will also enjoy convenient access to mass transit. CBRE’s 5-Star shuttle service offers a two-minute drive to the Sandy Springs MARTA station, as well as several mixed-use communities within close proximity. Additionally, office workers can also ride the shuttle during the day to nearby Perimeter Place, which offers dozens of dining options for lunch and happy hour, and includes name-brand retailers like Super Target, Loehmann’s and Jos. A Bank. The office tower is located close to multiple interstate access points.
