Morgan Stanley announced that Mr. Jesse Walton, Jr., CFP®, CIMA®, CPWA®, has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Financial Advisor in the firm’s Wealth Management office in Atlanta.

Walton, who has been with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management since 2000, is a native of Decatur, Georgia. He is an alumnus of Howard University with a BBA degree in International Business and has an MSE degree from Georgia State University. In 2005, Walton received an Executive Certificate in Financial Planning from Duke University.

Walton also holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation, which is taught in conjunction with The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania and sponsored by the Investment Management Consulting Association® (IMCA™). In addition, he is a Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA®) designee, also administered by IMCA and taught in conjunction with The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
