Tamra Wade Real Estate, the top producing team with RE/MAX Center in Duluth, was recognized for its stellar performance during 2016 on REAL Trends’The Thousand 2017, a prestigious compilationof categorized rankings that includes the Top 1000 real estate teams nationwide.
Tamra Wade Real Estate soared from #120 in 2015 based on a transaction volume of $136.8M to #42 in 2016, based on a transaction volume of $236M, an increase of 72.5%.
In addition, the Gwinnett-based team jumped 66 spots by transaction sides from #86 in 2015 (487 transactions) to #20 in 2016 (867 transactions), an increase of 78%.
