Savills Studley, the leading commercial real estate firm specializing in tenant representation, today announced the completion of a 60,000-square-foot lease for Hodges-Mace, LLC at 5775 Glenridge Drive in Sandy Springs, GA. The benefits delivery company will relocate its headquarters to occupy three floors of the newly expanded facility. The tenant will assume the space beginning January 2018.

Atlanta Executive Managing Directors Bo Keatley, John Flack and David Rubenstein and Corporate Managing Director Kevin Rodriguez negotiated the terms of the expansion on behalf of Hodges-Mace. The firm will also manage the interior construction of the new space.

“It was imperative that we identify an office solution that would accommodate the company’s operational needs and future growth,” said Keatley. “After an exhaustive market analysis, we were delighted to negotiate a favorable lease with flexible options for Hodges-Mace. We are continuously impressed by their ability to grow and innovate, and we look forward to continuing our work with them in the future.”

The new space is located in Lakeside Office Park in Building E. The property boasts ample surface parking, a conference center, an onsite cafeteria, 24-hour security and a fitness center. Tenants also have access to onsite property management and MARTA shuttle service from the Medical Center MARTA station.

Hodges-Mace, a leading provider of benefit management software and services, currently has more than 250 employees. The expanded headquarters will support the firm’s growth over the next several years, as it expects to add approximately 150 new jobs. Founded in 2004, their portfolio ranges from small-to-mid-size companies and Fortune 500 enterprises in a variety of industries, including education, energy, gaming, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing and retail.

The growth of Hodges-Mace in recent years is a testament to the talent and character of our team members,” says Greg Hodges, co-CEO at Hodges-Mace. “We continue to turn to Savills Studley for our real estate needs because they easily understand our company culture, business objectives and they are always our best advocate and adviser.”
