Acuitas, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Steven G. Krug as Senior Director. Krug brings more than 25 years of experience in accounting and advisory services, and he most recently served as managing director of the Valuation Services practice in Grant Thornton's Atlanta office.

Krug brings a breadth of experience in business valuation, including providing financial advisory services to firms in the software, technology, government and health care industries, and performing valuations for financial reporting. Krug is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of multiple professional groups, including the Atlanta Society of Financial Analysts and the American Society of Appraisers.
Most recently, Krug provided services for fair value and financial reporting, tax-related matters and mergers and acquisitions, as well as testimony and litigation support in divorce cases, shareholder dissents and bankruptcies. Krug also served as the vice president of a nationwide investment banking firm.
Krug earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.
