Chamberlain, Hrdlicka, White, Williams & Aughtry announces the addition of Kelli N. Church as an Atlanta-based associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment practice. Her arrival continues the growth of the Atlanta office, which added two attorneys earlier this year.
Church focuses her practice on labor and employment litigation, representing clients before governmental agencies such as the Department of Labor (DOL), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). In addition, she counsels clients on benefits litigation, personnel policies and procedures, employment discrimination, termination of employees, worker’s compensation, wages and overtime, among other labor and employment issues.
Church brings more than two years of experience practicing litigation. She also previously worked as an intern for The Hon. Daniel B. Merritt Sr. of the Fifth Judicial Circuit of Florida and the Office of the State Attorney for the Fourth Judicial Circuit of Florida.
