ICM Realty Group, the international real estate investment and management firm, announced today that it has purchased Jefferson Plaza. The 118,000 SF multi-tenant, office building is located on the corner of Holcomb Bridge Road and Peachtree Industrial Boulevard in Norcross, Georgia.

As part of the purchase, ICM has committed to completing capital improvements, including material exterior and interior renovations. Additionally, ICM intends to immediately commence an aggressive leasing campaign focused on adding new tenants to the building’s already impressive tenant roster.

With a full floor of availability and abundant parking to accommodate new tenants, the seven-story building is poised to capitalize on the improving leasing market.
