Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has negotiated a new lease, a lease expansion and a lease renewal at Live Oak Square, located in Atlanta’s prestigious Buckhead submarket. Michael Howell, Hunter Henritze and Caroline Cole of Lincoln represented the landlord.

Live Oak Square is a 10-story, 200,000-square-foot Class A office building. The building recently underwent a renovation to include an extensive exterior re-skin and interior modernization.

The Bartech Group Inc. will be expanding its lease by 2,352 square feet. Aaron Sommer of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant. Allen & McCain P.C. renewed its lease on 8,360 square feet. Wholesale Trading is new to the building, leasing 1,495 square feet. Michael Jones and Hugh Rader of Cresa represented the tenant.

“At Live Oak Square we recently completed a nearly $5 million renovation, which has helped attract interest and increase leasing velocity,” said Lincoln’s Howell. “Buckhead has always been a highly desirable location that continues to attract innovative companies.”

Located at 3475 Lenox Road, Live Oak Square features an attached seven-story parking garage, on-site café and proximity to the Lenox and Buckhead MARTA stations and major roadways. The building is directly adjacent to Lenox Square Mall and within walking distance of more than 300 dining, retail, banking and lodging options.
