Taylor English Duma LLP is pleased to announce and welcome back Deborah J. Livesay who rejoins the firm as counsel in the Labor and Employment practice group. Livesay represents management in all aspects of labor-management relations, equal employment opportunity and other employment-related issues.

Livesay focuses her practice exclusively in labor and employment. She has extensive experience conducting internal investigations and advising on reduction in force (RIF) actions and plant closings. She also represents a wide range of corporate clients, advises clients concerning employment policy design and review, and conducts management training programs.
In general client advice, Livesay’s experience includes employment discrimination, wage and hour compliance, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) compliance, unemployment compensation, drug and alcohol policies, severance agreements and restrictive covenants.
Livesay earned her undergraduate degree from Southern Illinois University and her law degree from the University of Montana.
