Industrial real estate company continues growing in Southeastern markets

GCP, the Birmingham, Ala.-based industrial real estate firm, has opened a new office in the Atlanta area to serve its properties in the region. GCP recently added more than 800,000 square feet of bulk distribution warehouse space in Atlanta and Charlotte to its portfolio, bringing the total in the area to over two million square feet.

Director of Property Management Stacey Wadsworth said, “GCP's significant growth in the Atlanta market and in Charlotte has necessitated we open a regional office to continue providing the high level of service our clients expect. We are thrilled to have Robyn Johnson join GCP as our first Atlanta-based associate, as her extensive property management experience aligns perfectly with the needs of GCP and our clients.”

Johnson comes to GCP with more than 20 years of property management experience. She will manage 11 buildings with a total of 19 tenants.
