Baker Donelson announces the arrival of Michael P. Williams to the Firm's Atlanta office.

Mr. Williams joins as an associate in the Firm's Corporate Finance and Securities Group and focuses his practice on representing public and private companies and individuals in general corporate matters, contract negotiation and preparation, mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings and compliance. He also has experience counseling individuals and business entities in the music, film, television and video game industries, helping clients with general corporate structuring, implementation and governance, project financing, protection of intellectual property and the negotiation, drafting and review of contracts.

A graduate of the Georgia State University College of Law, Mr. Williams is a member of the Atlanta and American Bar Associations and the State Bar of Georgia. He is also a member of the National Association of Record Industry Professionals and an attorney member of Georgia Lawyers for the Arts.
