Cushman & Wakefield Represents Medline Industries in 295,800 SF Industrial Lease


TravelPro Signs Lease at 1500 Medline Place in McDonough, Georgia

Cushman & Wakefield has secured a 295,800-square-foot lease with TravelPro for its first location in the Atlanta market at 1500 Medline Place in McDonough, Georgia. Ray Stache, Lisa Pittman and Greg Dickerson represented Medline Industries, the landlord, in the transaction.

“McDonough is one of Atlanta’s top industrial submarkets, and several major leases have been signed there during the past several months,” Stache said. “McDonough offers easy access to metro Atlanta, the Port of Savannah via Interstate 75 and the Florida market.”

TravelPro is a leading provider of travel goods, including garment bags, suitcases, executive briefcases, rolling travel duffel bags, totes and backpacks.

Built in 2016,1500 Medline Place was 100 percent leased in less than 12 months following completion, and includes 37-foot ceilings, 77 dock doors, LED lighting and convenient access to 13 UPS and FedEx centers.
