Audubon Communities, an Atlanta-based company specializing in the acquisition and management of multifamily properties across the Southeast, has announced the addition of Josh Boling as Vice President of Construction.
“Josh is an expert in all aspects of construction administration,” said Christopher Edwards, Audubon’s managing director. “With years of experience and several large real estate projects under his belt, Josh will make an immediate positive impact on our business, overseeing all of our active properties.”

Prior to that Boling oversaw the heavy renovations of over 2,000 units across the Southeast for Cortland Partners. Additionally, he worked in the engineering industry as a consultant in the design and construction administration for multi-million dollar, high-profile private, state and federally funded projects.
