Role aimed at helping companies identify, retain top talent

Before joining Hire Profile in 2015, Leslie Curl spent more than 20 years in a variety of marketing leadership positions at technology, telecommunications, hospitality and retail companies.

That experience primed her for a position as Vice President, Executive Search, where she placed executives and top-level managers. Now, Curl is stepping into a newly created role as the company’s Vice President, Client Success.?

The position is aimed at helping companies identify, hire and retain top talent. It also allows Curl to tap into her passion of building teams and solving problems.?

“As a hiring manager, I worked with staffing firms and learned what works and what doesn’t,” Curl said. “At Hire Profile, we pride ourselves on our being both client and candidate centric. We are very hands-on, and we spend time up front getting to know our clients and their culture. It’s not about bringing a company the most candidates; it’s about bringing companies the right candidate.”

Before joining Hire Profile, Curl held positions as Director of NCR’s Entertainment Division, Vice President of Marketing at Cinnabon (FOCUS Brands) and Director of Creative Services and Marketing Communications at Cingular Wireless/AT&T Mobility.?

Curl, a graduate of the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia, with a degree in Merchandising and a concentration in Marketing, holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and volunteers with UGA, Habitat for Humanity and the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. She and her husband live in Sandy Springs with their two shelties.?
