A resident of Johns Creek, Tim enjoys playing golf and racquetball in his spare time.

Chad Bush has real estate in his genes: his grandfather and uncle were both homebuilders, and his father as well as a variety of friends sell real estate. He owned his own photography and design studio including website and graphic design services before starting with Lennar Atlanta in early 2017. In addition to photography, Bush enjoys building custom hot rods and muscle cars.
