ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bibby Financial Services (BFS) has announced new strategic transitions to its U.S. team as the company continues to serve small and medium-sized enterprises across industries with its Asset Based Lending, Factoring and Transportation Finance offerings. Todd Ferrara has been appointed Chief Administrative Officer for North America and Melissa Smith has accepted the role of Head of Operations for the U.S.
In addition to Ferrara’s current responsibilities, he will provide leadership and oversight to the Operations team reporting directly to Ian Watson, CEO of Bibby Financial Services North America. As interim Head of Operations, Smith successfully managed the daily functions of the team and her permanent appointment will allow both the Factoring and Asset Based Lending Operations to be managed by one leader to align with the recent reorganization of the BFS Sales team.
