Atlanta-area Simon Centers to Host Un-boo-lievable Fall Fun this Month

The spookiest time of year is here! Calhoun Outlet Marketplace, Mall of Georgia, North Georgia Premium Outlets, Sugarloaf Mills and Town Center at Cobb welcome shoppers and families to celebrate the Halloween season with trick-or-treating, spellbinding events and more! Mummies, princesses, vampires, witches and characters of all kinds are invited to participate in fun activities and events at participating centers:  

Saturday, October 14:

·         Mall of Georgia will host a fun-filled Fall Festival from 3-7 p.m. Local families and shoppers are invited to participate in festivities including festive children’s activities, Halloween crafts, snacks, local vendors, live entertainment and more. A live performance from Shaky Jane will be from 5-7 p.m. Guests can enjoy a special Movies Under the Stars showing of “Hocus Pocus,” beginning at 7 p.m. Children 12 and under are encouraged to dress in their most boo-tiful costumes for the annual spooktacular costume contest! The costume groups for the competition are ages 4 and under, 5-8 and 9-12.

Saturday, October 28:

·         Town Center at Cobb invites all little ghouls, goblins and princesses to the annual Boo Bash and Mall-Wide Trick-or-Treatingfrom 6-8 p.m. in Center Court. Stores participating in the trick-or-treating festivities will display an orange pumpkin sign in the store window; those with a teal pumpkin will offer allergy-friendly options! Boo Bash activities will include giveaways, a bounce house, crafts, games and more.

·         North Georgia Premium Outlets will host its annual Boo Bash event from 4-6 p.m. Ghoulish guests are invited to enjoy center-wide trick-or-treating at participating retailers. There will be a Halloween backdrop to take photos to show off the best costumes and King of Pops will be onsite selling popsicles! Pumpkins will be sold for $5 to benefit Susan G. Komen. Other activities include face painting and balloon art.

·         Sugarloaf Mills invites families to celebrate the center’s annual Boo Bash from 3-5 p.m. Activities will include Halloween and fall-themed crafts, giveaways and fun for all! The celebration continues with a Mall-Wide Trick-or-Treat Extravaganza from 4-6 p.m. Stores participating in the trick-or-treating festivities will display an orange pumpkin sign in the store window; those with a teal pumpkin will offer allergy-friendly options.

Tuesday, October 31:

·         Mall of Georgia will hold Mall Wide Trick-or-Treating starting at 6 p.m. Stores throughout the mall will give treats to children wearing a Halloween costume. Participating stores will have a sign in their window and those with a teal pumpkin will offer allergy-friendly options. Families are encouraged to arrive early to get in on all the festive fun before the candy is gone! Halloween photos will be offered from 5-8 p.m. in JCPenney Court.
