We are pleased to announce that Kevin Bond has joined Krevolin & Horst. Kevin will be a part of our corporate and technology practice.

Kevin focuses his practice on transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity.  He has experience representing companies in multi-million dollar transactions.  He also assists clients with general business needs, including company formation, employment and corporate governance matters.

Kevin earned his J.D. from the New York University School of Law.  While there, he also externed with the New York Regional Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Kevin has also spent a substantial amount of time living and working in Japan.  He speaks Japanese and has worked at and with a number of Japanese companies in connection with transactional work.  He brings this cross-border, big picture perspective to his practice.  Prior to joining Krevolin & Horst, Kevin was an associate at an Am Law 100 law firm at their Tokyo office.
