Nemphos Braue Advises AXIOS Industrial Group on Deal to Acquire Sky Industrial Services

Nemphos Braue LLC, the Mid-Atlantic region’s premier corporate boutique law firm, is pleased to announce its client AXIOS Industrial Group, LLC has acquired Sky Industrial Services, a scaffolding and insulation company based Augusta, Georgia.

AXIOS, based in The Woodlands, Texas, was founded to provide industrial services such as scaffolding, insulation, fireproofing, painting and more to the energy sector. AXIOS is backed by White Deer Energy, a private equity firm that targets investments in oil and gas exploration and production, oilfield service and equipment manufacturing, and the midstream sectors of the energy business.

Sky Industrial Services is the first of a series of upcoming acquisitions for AXIOS. The deal was finalized on October 5, 2017 and the purchase price remains undisclosed.
