In a continuation of Franklin Street’s aggressive growth strategy, the emerging full-service commercial real estate firm announced today the hiring of Sam Krueger, a leasing associate focused on landlord representation in the retail sector for clients across the Georgia market.

“Sam has a strong, diverse background in the retail sector, along with an ambitious drive to exceed client expectations through attentive problem solving and adding value to new and existing properties for owners as well as investors,” said Cary Beale, senior vice president of retail leasing. “He understands the importance of fostering lasting relationships with clients and will complement our retail team with his passion for success.”

Krueger joins the Franklin Street Atlanta leasing team with expertise in strategic marketing, market analysis, site selection and executing retail leasing transactions. Prior to his new position with Franklin Street, Krueger served as a leasing associate for Riverwood Properties in Atlanta, where he specialized in retail strip centers. He also worked as a senior facilities coordinator at Cushman & Wakefield.

Krueger is an active member of several industry trade groups, including the Atlanta Realtors Association, the International Council of Shopping Centers’ Next Generation Program and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. He has also participated in many philanthropic endeavors through organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, Phi Delta Theta fraternity, St. John’s Lutheran Church and the Boone County Food Pantry.

He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double emphasis in Finance/Banking and Real Estate from the University of Missouri at Columbia. Krueger is also a license real estate sales associate in the state of Georgia.
