Michael Borofsky is a litigation associate in the Dallas office of Barnes & Thornburg. Borofsky represents clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters, including fraud, breach of contract, theft of trade secrets, tortious interference, copyright and trademark infringement, products liability, privacy rights, antitrust, and other complex matters. In 2016, Borofsky earned his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law. He earned his B.S. in 2011 from Florida State University, where he combined studies in economics and physics to focus on sustainable energy technologies.
