Ted Boehm and Marty Heller

Fisher Phillips today announced attorneys Ted Boehm and Marty Heller have been named to Georgia Trend magazine’s “Legal Elite” list. The 15th annual peer-selected nomination recognizes the attorneys’ work in labor and employment law.

The Legal Elite listing is an honor highlighting top attorneys in their respective practices across Georgia. Any attorney who is a member of the state bar and lives and practices in Georgia is eligible to vote and/or to be voted onto the list.

“As Fisher Phillips continues to grow as a leader in Georgia labor and employment law, Ted and Marty’s inclusion in this list affirms our commitment to providing exceptional service,” said D. Albert Brannen, Managing Partner of Fisher Phillips’ Atlanta office. “Both Ted and Marty are highly regarded within our firm and are truly deserving of being recognized by their peers for their work.”

Boehm, a partner, represents employers in a variety of labor and employment cases in state and federal courts. He focuses a majority of his practice on the defense of wage and hour claims arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and provides practical and proactive advice to clients on employment issues.

Heller, of counsel, represents public and private employers in all aspects of employment litigation. He devotes much of his practice to providing general advice to employers on a wide range of employment issues and litigates both wage and hour claims arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), as well as traditional employment discrimination claims.

This is both attorneys’ first appearance on the Legal Elite list.
