Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) announces financing for CoHo, a 128-unit, garden-style multi-housing property that was recently extensively renovated and is currently 95 percent occupied in Atlanta, Georgia.
The HFF team worked exclusively on behalf of the borrower, Venterra Realty, to place the seven-year, 3.86 percent, fixed-rate loan with four years of interest-only payments with a correspondent life company lender. Loan proceeds were used to acquire the property.
CoHo is situated on approximately 8.7 acres at 177 N. Colonial Homes Circle NW adjacent to Atlanta Memorial Park. The centrally located, infill property is positioned between the Buckhead and Midtown neighborhoods providing access to multiple transportation routes, including Interstates 75 and 85, as well as some of the city’s top retail, dining, entertainment and employment centers. Units include a variety of two-bedroom layouts, 96 of which are townhome-style units, with features such as stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, upgraded lighting and plumbing fixtures, in-unit washers and dryers, and patios or balconies. Common area amenities such as a swimming pool with poolside cabana, outdoor lounge with fire pit, grills, fitness center, dog wash, dog park, and garages or carports.
