Home2 Suites offers a new and dynamic extended stay hotel option for Douglas County
Randolph Williamson, a full-service commercial real estate and construction services firm based in Peachtree City, announced it is nearing completion of a $7.2 million Home2 Suites by Hilton located on 115 Interstate West Parkway in Lithia Springs, Georgia. Construction on the 92-key hotel began earlier this year. The 58,818-square-foot hotel is expected to open in the second quarter of 2018, and offers guests an upscale experience in extended stay living with a range of tech-focused and eco-conscious amenities.

Hotel amenities include an innovative new Spin2Cycle area where guests can exercise and wash their clothes in a laundry and fitness facility, and an upscale Home2 Suites breakfast table with over 400 different breakfast combinations that include hot breakfast sandwiches, a waffle maker and a yogurt bar with a variety of toppings. The outdoor pool is open 24 hours, while an outdoor fire pit that accompanies the hotel’s comfy contemporary oasis area provides space for guests to relax and socialize. The hotel also features a high-tech business area with Wi-Fi where guests can “work from home.”
Each guest room features high-quality amenities, including Serta Suite Dreams beds with micro-fiber sheets, a kitchen and modern living areas. All living spaces include a sofa, 42-inch HDTV and a work desk with an ergonomic chair. The kitchen areas feature refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwashers, flatware, microwavable cookware, coffeemakers and toaster ovens perfect for guests to cook in their room.
The new Home2 Suites is within a 25-minute drive from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport and located just down the road from Six Flags Over Georgia. David R. Carter & Associates served as project architect.
