Coda Tech Square Announces Three New Tenants at The Collective

Portman Holdings, world-renowned developer, and SRS Real Estate Partners, international retail real estate firm, are delighted to announce the first three tenants in The Collective in the first floor of Coda at Tech Square. The three tenants include El Burro Pollo Burrito Kitchen, by Chef Hector Santiago, Poke Burri, by Ken Yu and Seven Chan and Wildleaf, by co-founders Chef Randy Lewis and David Morse. The three new tenants will add to the sensational chef-driven offerings that will feature international cuisines at The Collective.

El Burro Pollo Burrito Kitchen, a Mexican street food restaurant, will be serving up border town style burritos with classic Mexican sauces, tacos, ceviches and other seasonal specials. El Burro Pollo Burrito Kitchen has been a wildly popular and successful pop-up for the last few years. This is the first brick and motar location for this concept of Chef Hector Santiago. “We at El Burro Pollo are super excited about opening at Coda”, said Chef Santiago. “This space will allow us to share our products with a very dinamic and multi cultural crowd on a hyper energized space ...burro polliiiioooo!”

Poke Burri delivers some of Atlanta’s best sushi burritos and poke bowls along with their whimsical “secret” off-menu offerings such as the sushi donut and sushi corndog. Poke Burri’s first location was opened in East Atlanta Village by owners Ken Yu and Seven Chan. Since opening in October 2016, Poke Burri has been receiving steady recognition such as Creative Loafing’s “Top 100 Dishes to Eat in Atlanta Now” and What Now Atlanta’s “Elite 100” in 2017. "At Poke Burri, we strive to have fresh, innovative food and unparalleled customer service., said Seven Chan. “We are ecstatic about the opening of Coda, and cannot wait to be a part of the community.”

Wildleaf, which is also named in Creative Loafing’s “Top 100 Dishes to Eat in Atlanta Now” as well as Atlanta Magazine’s “The Best New Cheap Eats in Atlanta”, is a local healthy-fast-casual purveyor of fast-casual restaurant preparing specialty salads, grain bowls, soups and smoothies. This will be Wildleaf’s second location, with a and it’s menu boast offering sustainable, of hormone-free and antibiotic-free proteins that are sustainably raised, select seasonal, local and organic produce and over 20 dressings made in-house entirely from scratch. "We are thrilled to be partnering with Coda," said Randy Lewis and David Morse, "and we look forward to to bring our healthy and fresh options to midtown Atlanta."

Coda, which is currently under construction, is located at 771 Spring Street. The innovative mixed-use development will constist of 645,000 square feet of Class-T office space, 80,000 square feet of high-performance computing space, 20,000 street level restaurant and retail space that will include communal seating areas opening up into a 20,000-square-foot outdoor “living room.” It features walkable access along Spring, West Peachtree and 4th Streets, along with the convenience of abundant deck parking at the development.
