Atlanta Among Worst Cities for New Grads
Philadelphia is the worst city for new graduates in America, according to a study conducted by the dating site SeekingArrangement.com.
Seeking Arrangement – which describes itself as an “elite sugar daddy dating site” – says graduates starts to lose hopes of gainful employment within seven weeks of getting the diploma.
“Every student exits college at the beginning of May full of hope and eager to start working,” says Brandon Wade, founder and CEO of SeekingArrangement.com. “By June graduates who have yet to land a job in their desired fields, have very few options open to them: settle for less pay than they deserve or settle for a job they don't want.”
Based on a series of entry polls, SeekingArrangement.com discovered that the majority of new members in June were female college graduates, fresh out of college. The poll also revealed that 30 percent of its new college grad members come from 20 cities, making them the worst cities in America for new graduates.
